Meet the owner

 Hi! I'm Kaytlynn, but everyone calls me Katie! You could say grooming is in my blood—I’ve been hanging out in salons since I was a kid, spending summers helping my mom bathe pups and soak up all the tail wags and love.  Believe it or not, I didn’t always plan to become a groomer. I was actually studying to be a pediatric nurse—I’ve always had a heart for caring for those who can’t speak for themselves. But the more time I spent working with animals, the more I realized dogs need that same kind of advocate. They may not speak our language, but they still deserve patience, understanding, and someone who truly sees them.  

Fast forward three years, and I couldn’t imagine doing anything else. I absolutely love this job. Every wagging tail, happy bounce, and clean fluffy face fills my heart with joy. I feel incredibly honored to care for your fur babies and to be part of their lives.

These days, I live out in Warsaw with my wonderful partner and our little zoo—two dogs (Quinn & Sage) and two cats (Rae-Lynn & Riley). Life is full, messy, joyful, and exactly where I’m meant to be.

 Hi there! I’m Ashley, and I’m so excited to be part of your pet’s grooming journey. I’ve always had a deep love for animals—right now, I share my home with one lovable dog, Phoebe, and three very entertaining cats: Trident, Norma, and Ethel. There’s never a dull moment with that crew!

My path to becoming a groomer started one summer when I helped out with bathing dogs. I quickly realized how much I enjoyed working with animals and being part of their care and happiness. That experience sparked a passion that only grew stronger, and with the guidance of Monica—who generously taught me the art and skill of grooming—I knew I had found my calling.

Outside of the grooming salon, I’m an avid reader and love getting lost in a good book whenever I have the chance. I also enjoy traveling and exploring new places; there’s something so refreshing about seeing the world from a different perspective (and yes, I always miss my pets while I’m away!).

Whether your pup needs a fresh cut or just a good scrub, I’m here to make sure they look and feel their best—while keeping them as comfortable and happy as possible. I can’t wait to meet you and your furry family member!

 Hi there I'm Hannah! I have been grooming for the past 9 years—but funny enough, I didn’t plan on becoming a groomer at all! It all started when I needed a job and a family member needed help at her grooming shop. I started out as a bather, and before I knew it, I had fallen in love with the work (and the dogs, of course!).

I eventually moved on to another grooming shop where I got hands-on training in scissor work and learned how to take a groom from start to finish. My mentor there taught me the importance of doing things right, not just fast—and that’s something I really believe in. Every pup in my care gets lots of attention, patience, and love.

I especially enjoy working with curly-coated breeds like Poodles and Bichons—it’s like sculpting little works of art! But the best part of my day? When a freshly groomed dog sees their human and everyone’s tail (or face!) lights up with happiness.

When I’m not grooming, I’m a mom to an amazing 6-year-old boy. We live in the Jimtown area and love hanging out in our backyard, having bonfires, and making memories with friends.
